Since its inauguration in 2007, the Chipping in for Habitat for Humanity golf tournament has raised $140,000 in support of the affiliate’s home building program.
Hosted by Tom Bird and Jay Elinesky of the Bird Elinesky Wealth Management Team of RBC Dominion Securities, Guelph, the all-inclusive event is held at the beautiful and exclusive, private links of the Cutten Club in Guelph and features 18 holes of golf, lunch, refreshments and snacks throughout the day, a patio social with appetizers and drinks after play, and a top quality table-served dinner.
Thank you to all those individuals and businesses who supported the event as players and sponsors in 2009 and helped raise $40,000 towards the two homes built in Guelph in that year. We are especially grateful to those who also gave their support in 2007 and 2008.
